Things Not Looking Good For Blackburn

Blackburn Rovers manager Michael Appleton is clearly disappointed with his team’s failure in beating Millwall in the FA Cup Quarter Finals stage this past midweek, slamming the team’s lack of quality as a huge part for their defeat.

After replacing Henning Berg not long ago, Appleton himself hasn’t been that much of a success for Blackburn as they have suffered four defeats already under the former Blackpool boss.

Injury problems can be taken as an excuse for Appleton’s problem in getting the best from his current squad, but things obviously isn’t getting any easier for them, especially with their tricky upcoming league match against Burnley.
