Real Madrid successfully grabbing their 13th Champions League title this weekend courtesy of their 3-1 victory over English Premier League side, Liverpool in Kiev.

From Madrid’s three goals, two of them were scored by their Welsh international, Gareth Bale, but it was the first one that managed to excite every football lovers, even those who were supporting The Reds.

Coming into the match in place of Isco when the score is 1-1, Bale immediately get himself in that tie, getting himself inside the penalty area and finishing off an assist from Marcelo in such fascinating fashion.

Not having the best of position to receive the cross, Bale seemingly improvised by taking a fascinating first time acrobatic half bicycle kick effort that found its way pass Loris Karius on Liverpool’s goal.

Although Karius himself didn’t have the best of game, that fantastic strike from the former Tottenham Hotspur man is simply a beauty that even current top goalie will have a hard time saving.

The degree of difficulty from that strike was also enormous since the cross arrived slightly behind him, so Bale must adjust his positioning and trust his reflex in catching that shot clean.

Moreover, that goal might just be voted as the best of current footballing season, competing with Cristiano Ronaldo’s previous beauty, which he scored in the quarter finals against Juventus.

However, executing the shot in such important stage such as Champions League final certainly gave that extra point for Bale, who was simply the man of the match for Los Blancos in that final.
