Shkendija Gearing Up for Big Europa League Playoffs Against AC Milan

Macedonian side, KF Shkendija are set for a pretty big Europa League battle for the playoffs round as they will be facing Italian giant, AC Milan.

The first leg will be held this upcoming Thursday, August 17 at San Siro as although Shkendija supposedly host the first leg, but logistic situation forced them to switch venue and play the second tie at home instead.

Facing a much more talented and favorite site, the side managed by Qatib Osmani will certainly give their best while also try to enjoy the occasion should they fell short of their attempt.

In order to create that fun atmosphere for their fans and players, the club launched an interesting clip which is streamed via Youtube along with their official facebook page as well.

On that short video they created, Shkendija put out some funny banter towards their opponent, by basically comparing their pluses or achievements with what Milan have.

It’s certainly all fun and exciting as it can provide them with some relaxing atmosphere ahead of a potentially nerve wrecking away first leg tie at San Siro this Thursday.

Not only having to face a potentially huge crowd, more than the regular max capacity the Macedonian side normally experienced back home, Osmani’s team also are playing against top quality players that Rosssoneri currently have.

Milan’s new ownership situation have brought them ability to invest heavily in the market, purchasing the likes of Leonardo Bonucci, Andre Silva, Ricardo Rodriguez, Franck Kessie, Lucas Biglia and others.

Not trying to take any competitiveness from the match, Shkendija are simply looking forward for such exciting experience facing a historic and strong side while trying whatever they can on the pitch.
