Uncertainty regarding Eden Hazard’s future is not a situation that only bothers Chelsea’s fans as it also starting to concern The Blues’ boss, Maurizio Sarri.
Speaking in a latest news conference, the Italian tactician urged his team to make a decision regarding Hazard as soon as possible.
Answering questions from the Media Sarri explained that he still doesn’t know whether the Belgium international will be staying or not, as it’s something that both the player and club must work on.
Nevertheless, the former Napoli boss believes that it’s already time for Chelsea to confirm and deal with Hazard’s situation and shouldn’t wait any longer.
“I don’t know but I think It’s time to decide. I have not the power to do this,” Sarri explained,” I am the coach, not the president, I’m not in charge of the market.”
Moreover, the veteran coach stated that he only discussed about tactics and strategy with the Belgium super star and not about the player’s future or anything related to it.
It’s certainly understandable that Sarri has also left slightly concern with Hazard’s contract situation, notably with the attacker himself hasn’t been hiding his interest of playing for Real Madrid.
However, recently, the former Lille player also said his willingness to score more goals for The Blues and achieve legendary status at Stamford Bridge.
Still, it looks like football fans must wait to understand what the future is with Hazard as it seems that nothing will be figured out until the season ends.
