Santos Joyful With Portugal Job

Former Greece national team head coach, Fernando Santos, who resigned soon after World Cup 2014 got himself a new coaching job and this time it’s a position that brought him an extreme joy as he has been appointed as new Portugal tactician.

Being a Portuguese himself, Santos was thrilled upon receiving the opportunity as during his press conference he stated that coaching the European Selecao is something that he has always been dreaming to get.

Santos stated that it would definitely be a privilege for him to have the chance in serving his country, so his keen on giving his all in taking Portuguese back into becoming a footballing force.

Portugal themselves haven’t been in a positive form recently as after their early exit from World Cup, they also suffered a disappointing defeat from Albania in their opening Euro 2016 qualifying round fixture.
