Sabella to Quit as Argentina Coach After World Cup Final

An interesting decision was made by current Argentina head coach, Alejandro Sabella who decided that he won’t continue his reign with Albiceleste squad following the upcoming World Cup final against Germany.

The tactician will definitely looking to step down in a high by winning the cup which should make his time with Argentina much more memorable, though what he achieved so far in World Cup can already be considered a praise worthy one.

Taking Lionel Messi and co into the final after more than two decades is not an easy task, but Sabella showed his tactical capability, especially during the knock out stages where Argentina are yet to concede any goals.

Facing one of their arch enemy, Germany in the final, Sabella’s men will be looking to avenge their 1990 defeat from West Germany which saw their last participation in World Cup last stage before this year.

It would be interesting to see the reaction given to Sabella with his decision, especially should Argentina do manage to grab that World Cup trophy.
