QPR are closing in on pulling off one of the shock signings of the Summer, after terms have been agreed between the club and the player, early this morning.
The former Champions League winner has confirmed he will make the switch from Milan to Loftus Road this afternoon, shocking all football fans around the globe.
Cesar told Italian media:
‘I will leave Inter, I want to thank everyone for these seven wonderful years,’ he told Rete Globo. ‘I would like to be on the pitch before Inter-Roma to hug all the fans. That would be a nice gesture and I don’t think the president will deny me that.
‘I choose to join QPR because I think will play more than at Inter and Premier League is watched worldwide.’
