Arriving with many premises from Empoli this summer, there were many expectation being put into Maurizio Sarri’s shoulder to transform Napoli into an exciting machine.
However, results from two Serie A fixtures have far from showing that ambition as Partenopei are yet to register a win from those early fixtures.
Still, Napoli president, Aurelio De Laurentis acknowledge that it will take time before his team can eventually produce the kind of football that Sarri created with Empoli.
Considering it’s still very early in the season, patience remain strong on Sarri, but will that change by the end of this new season? only time can tell.
