Juventus grabbing an important three points on their latest Serie A fixture after defeating Palermo 2-0 on the weekend, but that victory was not all pleasing for Bianconeri head coach, Massimiliano Allegri.

Allegri admitted that his team didn’t play their best of football in that tie, stating that his players are suffering from tiredness at the moment due to their hectic European schedule.

However, the tactician stated that he is still grateful seeing his team were able to come away with all three points despite not playing well against Palermo. That kind of victory is essential for their ambition in retaining Serie A title.

At the moment, Juventus are still looking strong at the top of Italian Serie A standings as they’re leading three points ahead of second place side, AS Roma. The season is still long though, so their current lead might not matter much for the time being.
