Man United Beat Tottenham for FA Cup Final’s Ticket

Manchester United maintain their shot at finishing this current season with an important silverware as Jose Mourinho’s men made their way into FA Cup final following their win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

Failing to compete in Premier League and Europe this season, both Man United and Tottenham were determined to get their hands on the FA Cup, triggering an exciting semifinal encounter.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men made a brighter start on that tie as their early pressure got themselves an opening goal after just 11 minutes through Dele Alli’s effort.

However, that lead didn’t last too long as on 24 minutes, United were able to get themselves back on level terms, thanks to their massive January signing, Alexis Sanchez.

That 1-1 score line sealed the first 45 minutes as both teams were more determined in looking for that winning goal as they start the second period.

It was United that eventually got on top when Ander Herrrera competed their turn around with his goal on 62 minutes, which gave his side that slender lead midway into the second period.

Spurs tried hard in getting that equalizing goal, but their efforts were fruitless as Mourinho’s men were able to defend their one goal lead until the final whistle was blown.

In the final, Man United will be waiting for the winner between Chelsea’s clash against Tottenham Hotspur which set to be played on Sunday.
