Manchester City can’t seem to stop their winning run in Premier League as Pep Guardiola’s men got themselves another three points by defeating Huddersfield Town 2-1 on Sunday.
Keen on regaining their eight points gap with second place Manchester United, City were putting on their usual attacking display as they travel to Huddersfield.
It was not an easy task though for Guardiola’s men as they found themselves trailing by a goal in the first 45 minutes as their opponent scored just before half time break through an own goal from Nicolas Otamendi.
City replied back immediately after the re-start though as Sergio Aguero converted a spot kick on 47 minutes.
The visitor completed their turn around as Raheem Sterling showcasing his importance again for the team after scoring a late winner on 84 minutes.
In other game, Arsenal earned another precious three points, this time by beating Burnley with a single goal from Alexis Sanchez’s spot kick late in the game.
An important result indeed for Gunners as they now found themselves sitting in that top four seat leap frogging their city rival, Tottenham Hotspur.
A situation that many Arsenal fans might not expect to happen following their disappointing start into the new season.
