Man City Completed Kyle Walker Deal from Spurs
Losing out Dani Alves to Paris Saint Germain couple of days ago triggered Manchester City in making a swift move for another target as they sealed the signing of Kyle Walker from Tottenham Hotspur.
The agreement was announced by Man City via their official website on Friday, giving out a warm welcome for their new arrival, while Walker himself stated to the site that he is thrilled and excited with his new adventure.
Furthermore, the now former Tottenham right back also has nothing but praise towards his new boss, Pep Guardiola, stating his beliefs that playing for the Spaniard will improve the England international’s quality.
The 27-year-old, reportedly arrived in a mega deal with a fee reportedly worth 50 million pounds, though there’s no official confirmation from the club about the numbers as of now.
Being noted as one of English top right back at the moment, Walker arrival not only provide a need for the club on technical level, but also giving them that required local player needs for their international first team squad.
Walker arrival means that so far, City have made three major signings this summer, but they have already spent quite a lot apparently, but it won’t stop them apparently as rumors claiming they are also set to sign Benjamin Mendy from Monaco.
