Leicester Bounced Back in Premier League as They Crushed Liverpool

Receiving plenty criticism in the last few days, especially following the sacking of Claudio Ranieri, Leicester City were able to bounce back from that their current slump and bagged all three points against Liverpool.

Keen on proving their worth, Leicester put on an energetic performance which resulted in a pretty comfortable 3-2 victory over Jurgen Klopp’s men.

Playing in front of their home crowd, The Foxes got themselves off into a positive start with Jamie Vardy scoring on 28 minutes, which was followed by a second from Danny Drinkwater not long before half time break.

Having those two goals advantage didn’t stop Leicester from pushing forward as they eventually added a third in the hour mark though Vardy, who netted his brace to make it 3-0.

The Reds tried hard in getting back into that tie, but they only managed to pull one back from Philippe Coutinho’s effort eight minutes after conceding their third.

It was another disappointing defeat from Liverpool, as they once again showed their struggle when facing teams that are sitting in the bottom half of league table.

Meanwhile, Leicester could use that victory as a morale boost for them in getting themselves out of relegation trouble in the remaining games of this season.
