French international striker, Alexandre Lacazette stated that he could’ve have been part of Paris Saint-Germain all star forward line this summer, but he opted to join Arsenal instead.

Speaking in a recent interview with the media, Lacazatte revealed that he had talks with PSG to join them during the summer transfer window.

However, the striker believes that he couldn’t play for any other side in France outside of his former side, Lyon, so the 26-year-old opted to pick Arsenal’s offer instead.

Although admitting that joining the French capital side can also improve his career as Unai Emery’s men have many great players, but eventually his will of experiencing other league becomes that main factor.

The attacker himself is pretty satisfied with his start at Gunners, especially his goal tally at Emirates, as he already scored four goals in four matches so far.

Lacazette is keen on maintaining his consistency until the end of season, while hoping to also improve his good goal scoring stats when playing away from home.

After a pretty difficult start into their season, things seem to be looking pretty good for Arsene Wenger side, something that will surely boost the striker’s beliefs that he did make the right choice in opting Gunners instead of PSG.
