Borussia Dortmund’s 3-1 defeat from Wolfsburg in the DFB Pokal final left a bitter feeling for BVB coach, Jurgen Klopp, who is leaving the club this summer.
Failing to give a special farewell present for Dortmund fans was disappointing indeed for Klopp as now he depart from the club without any token from a rather disappointing season.
Finishing seventh in the league, plus a second round exit in Champions League means that DFB Pokal was Klopp’s final shot in celebrating his departure with a trophy.
Unfortunately, Wolfsburg were just too strong for BVB on that tie as instead of having a trophy celebration, Klopp can only enjoy his farewell party.
