The attraction of World Cup for football players is unquestionable as it’s the biggest competition that many are keen on participating, triggering some football stars to switch nationalities in getting that rare experience.

Similar situation is apparently being considered by Inter Milan right back, Jonathan, as the Brazilian recently admitted that he won’t mind to play for Italy if Azzurri are interested in calling him.

Having an Italian passport also one of the reason why Jonathan is not hesitating in changing course since it’s already a common situation for football players, especially those who don’t have much chance in breaking through their native country.

However, the right back is not closing down the door for Brazil national side as he will choose any one those of two nations that call him up first, since  playing for either of those two footballing nations powerhouse are similarly interesting for him.

The defender is recently on the rise after experiencing a positive season with Inter, but despite his good form and willingness to play for either Brazil or Italy, it won’t be easy for him to get that call up since both of those countries already have their preferred players who played on Jonathan’s position.
