German international, Mario Goetze ended his adventure with Bayern Munich as he is set to make a return for his previous club, Borussia Dortmund after all parties agreed on terms.
The transfer is all set subject to a medical check up, with Goetze already agreeing on a deal which will supposedly keep him again at Dortmund until 2020.
Dortmund themselves have already made the announcement regarding Goetze’s re-signing via the Bundesliga club’s official twitter page.
It’s surely is an interesting decision made by the attacking midfielder and BVB themselves, knowing that Goetze’s departure was slightly controversial and didn’t go well with many of the club’s die hard fans.
Spending three years at Bayern, Goetze gradually seeing his playing time decreased, triggering his decision to finally make that return to Dortmund, despite previous rumors linking him with Liverpool.
This deal also saw an interesting relationship between two rivals, Bayern and Dortmund as earlier this summer, the Bavarian already signed BVB’s skipper, Mats Hummels.
