LA Galaxy grabbed their first playoff success with a 2-1 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps but it was for from an easy ride for Galaxy.
Playing in front of their home fans, Galaxy were a goal down after just three minutes and things were looking difficult indeed, but according to Landon Donovan their patience eventually sees them trough.
Donovan said that his team didn’t stop trying to break down Whitecaps defense and eventually they got the breakthrough midway in the second half.
Striker, Robbie Keane also shares Donovan statement, while adding that things got much better after they scored the equalizer.
