Euro 2016 Goal of the Day 15: Jerome Boateng’s Goal Against Slovakia

Germany showcasing their quality in the last 16 of Euro 2016 after defeating Slovakia 3-0 with goals from Jerome Boateng, Mario Gomez along with Julian Draxler.

Among those scorers, Boateng’s strike deserved to be considered as the best one from that whole Sunday match days as the defender scored a wonderful first time low shot which hammered through Slovakia’s goal.

The defender, who returned from a minor injury showed that he also has a good goal scoring qualities with that first time effort, which was not easy to do considering the perfect timing he made with that shot.

Moreover, that goal basically opened things up for Germany as it happened after just eight minutes into the game, which practically canceled out Slovakia’s potential counter attacking setup.
