Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has praised his players, following their perfect start to the new season.
The Italian has told press, work is still to be done at the back, but couldn’t of asked more of the club’s attackers.
Chelsea have taken six points from their first games, obviously leaving the boss delighted.
Di Matteo said: “I would like to think we are defensively quite good. We had a clean sheet on the first day and Reading scored but on the other hand we have scored six goals in two games,” Di Matteo argued.
“In the second half at 2-1 down we were very offensive and maybe lost our balance a bit, but we needed to attack.
“We are very pleased with six points after two games. I’m very happy with the team’s performance for long periods of the game.
“We started off very good, played great football and finished the game very strongly.
