AC Milan defensive midfielder, Nigel De Jong admitted that his team are delighted to finally get themselves back on winning ways, especially since it happened in a difficult ground such as Celtic Park. De Jong revealed how he was pretty surprised seeing how Celtic couldn’t put on a much better attacking display since the Scottish giant, normally played aggressively at home.
However, the Dutch international obviously didn’t mind seeing Celtic losing their sharpness as that pretty much helped Milan in grabbing that important three points. De Jong eventually hoping that Milan’s victory can finally triggered them in providing much better performance and results in upcoming matches, including in Italian Serie A.
