Chelsea Star, Hazard Fractured Ankle on International Duty

An unpleasant news arrived for recent English Premier League champion as their preparation for next season could be interrupted with the injury of their star man, Eden Hazard.

As it was quoted by many sources, including ESPNFC, Hazard apparently fractured his ankle during his training session with Belgium national squad as they are preparing for upcoming international games.

The 26-year-old will certainly out for Belgium’s games against Czech Republic this Monday along with a World Cup qualifying tie against Estonia next Friday.

That loss might not only affected Red Devils though as Chelsea might also feel a significant effect as reports suggesting that the injury could force Hazard to miss six to eight weeks.

Chelsea’s new league season won’t be starting until August 12, but there will be preseason training sometime in July which might be missed by the former Lille player.

However, so far there hasn’t been an official recovery time being released by Belgium national team’s doctor, so Chelsea remain hopeful that their star winger won’t be out for too long.

Hazard has been experiencing an excellent season with The Blues under Antonio Conte’s guidance and with Champions League football returning, Chelsea are certainly hoping for another successful time.
