Chelsea Secured Ross Barkley Signing from Everton

The transfer saga that seemingly went astray last summer has eventually worked out well as Chelsea finally secured the signing of Ross Barkley from Everton.

That deal was officially confirmed by the London based outfit’s official website which also showed Barkley’s statement of joy of being able to join Antonio Conte’s side this time around.

Expressing his joy with his transfer, Barkley stated to club media that he is given a massive opportunity to restart his career at such prestigious club after showcasing his talent at The Toffees.

Although Barkley is yet to play any games for Everton this season due to his recovery process, Chelsea’s boss, Antonio Conte doesn’t have much concern as he insisted that the English midfielder’s signing is also a future investment.

It will certainly be intriguing to see on how will Barkley be deployed by Cont this season, or whether he will be play any significant part all of in the remaining of this season due to his recent recovery issue.

Being considered as one of English most talented midfielder since a while now, many will certainly keen on seeing whether the 24 year old can eventually live up to his past expectation.
