After experiencing a rather bumpy early days of summer transfer, English Premier League champions, Chelsea, finally get something going as they officially announced the signing of Antonio Rudiger from AS Roma.

The German international defender arrival was announced via the club’s official twitter page on Sunday, receiving positive vibes from their fans who have been anxiously waiting for that official announcement.

Rudiger himself also spoke to the club’s website, saying how he is very happy to have officially sign for Chelsea and also eager to meet up with his new teammates.

It’s certainly a slight relief for The Blues and especially their fans knowing one of their transfer targets have finally been concluded, since things have been quite stagnant in recent days.

This deal might also bright a bit of calmness on manager, Antonio Conte, who was reportedly becoming rather upset with the his club’s slow movements in completing their transfer targets so far this summer.

The Italian tactician seemingly looking to already have some of his new additions ready ahead of their preseason training, so there’s certainly a reason for him in feeling slightly concern.
