Real Madrid are still in early preseason mode, but apparently the players’ performance have been pleasing enough for new head coach, Rafael Benitez.

Speaking after their 3-0 win in a friendly match against Inter Milan, Benitez stated that he was pleased with how his side performed in both halves of that tie.

The former Napoli boss stated that not only Madrid showed dominant attacking play, but they also worked well defensively, not letting their opponent to score any goals.

Those positive display from all parts of his team is surely a satisfying feeling for Benitez, especially since he believes that Los Blancos still have plenty of room for improvement.
