Barcelona’s attempt in searching for a reliable back up striker has finally been materialized this midweek as Luis Enrique’s side announced the arrival of Paco Alcacer from Valencia.
The Catalan side confirmed that deal via their official twitter page, while adding that Alcacer has penned a five year deal at Barca.
Alcacer’s arrival also means that young striker, Munir El Hadadi has moved to Valencia on loan with an option to buy at the end of season as part of the agreement.
The attacker himself admitted that despite his love towards El Che, but he believes that an opportunity to play at Barcelona is not something he can miss.
This transfer could also mark the end of Barcelona’s market this summer as they basically covered all their needs in every department with previous signings.
