Arsenal Win FA Cup After Dramatic Win Over Chelsea

Arsenal finally earned a pretty happy ending for their season as Arsene Wenger’ men got themselves another FA Cup glory after overcoming their city rival, Chelsea this Saturday.

Failing to finish in the top four after several seasons of success, Gunners were very looking very motivated since kick off.

That strong motivated was rewarded early as they found themselves one goal up after just four minutes of play through Alexis Sanchez’s effort, albeit in a controversial manner.

Trailing one goal from such early minutes seem to be affecting The Blues’ performance as they were struggling to get themselves back into the tie.

After the break, both teams continue their attacking approach, especially Chelsea as Antonio Conte’s men were chasing the game.

Things seemingly got worse for The Blues when they were forced to play with 10 men as Victor Moses saw red.

However, playing with a man less triggered Conte’s men spirit as they battled hard and earned themselves an equalizing goal through Diego Costa.

Gunners immediately reacted after that equalizer as three minutes later they regained their lead, this time from Aaron Ramsay’s close range finish.

Despite Chelsea’s desperate attacking play in the remaining minutes on that tie, Wenger’s boys were able to hold their slender lead and won their record 13th FA Cup trophy.
