Toronto vs Colorado Rapids highlights (3-1)

Toronto FC continue to cement their play offs spot in Major League Soccer's Easter Conference standings as they defeated Colorado Rapids this weekend.

In front of their home crowd, Toronto put on an aggressive display led by their Italian star, Sebastian Giovinco.

The former Juventus' men showcasing why he has been labeled as MLS' super star this season by breaking the dead lock on 14 minutes.

Giovinco continue to provide problems for Rapids as four minutes later he completed his brace to make it 2-0.

Toronto were cruising their way into half time break when Damien Perquis netted home his team's third on 38 minutes.

The visitor themselves were only able to pull one goal back from Dillon Powers five minutes before half time break.

No more goals were scored by either sides during half time as Toronto comfortably holding their two goals advantage until the final whistle was blown.
