Real Madrid Vs Mallorca Highlights: Real Madrid bounced back from a 1rst half 2-1 deficit with C.Ronaldo, Modric, Higuain and Benzema all finding the back of the net in the 2nd period of the match.

The game picked off in a quick pace and this was evidenced by the early goal of Mallorca. They got in the lead through Emilio Nsue Lopez after receiving a brilliant cross from the Mexican Giovanni dos Santos he headed it past Real Madrid’s Lopez.

Gonzalo Higuain tied the game up some minutes later when he was left unmarked and with an empty net after Modric had slipped a deep pass over to Pepe who cutted it back to the Argentine who scored the equalizer.

Mallorca continued on pushing forward and restored their lead this time through Alfaro. The Mexican Dos Santos launched a corner that fell into Pedro Bigas who flicked it over to Alfaro and the 26 years old Spanish forward as he blasted it into the further side of the net.

Jose Mourinho’s squad responded in the 2nd half when they came back into the pitch and just overwhelmed Mallorca with their offensive forces.

Cristiano Ronaldo tied the game for the 2nd time. The German Mesut Ozil whipped in a corner that was met by the Portuguese who headed it home.

The Croatian Luka Modric gave the lead to Real Madrid by turning the score 3-2 as he fired a stunning shot from over 20 yards away which went right past Mallorca’s Aouate who couldn’t do anything to deny the midfielder from scoring what probably is the best goal all season.

The goals kept on rolling with Real Madrid firing from all cylinders. Higuain and Benzema each found the back of the net which ended the game in a more than convincing 5-2 victory.
