The 2nd half arrived and the goals continued on being showered starting with Sergio Aguero when he received a chipped pass from Yaya Toure and Bassong did not clear it which allowed the Argentinean to lift over the goalkeeper Bunn and into the further side of the net.
Russell Martin later turned the game 3-2 with a header of his own that flew into the roof of Joe Hart’s net. Mark Bunn scored an own at the 67th minute and some minutes later Martin netted the last goal of the match as it finally came to an end with City winning 4-3.
