Argentina completed their group game in World Cup 2014 with a positive note as they snatched another victory, defeating Nigeria 3-2 on Wednesday.
Already claiming their place in the next round, Albiceleste only needed a point to seal group leader spot, but Alejandro Sabella's men put on an aggressive effort since kick off.
The South American giant earned a reward for their attacking approach as Lionel Messi puts them in front after only three minutes of play.
However, that lead only lasted for a minute as Nigeria got back on level terms when Ahmed Musa took advantage of a poor defensive display for Argentina.
Just before half time break, the two time world champions regained their lead with another effort from Messi, who scored a lovely free kick.
Despite being under pressure, Nigeria once again manage to draw level as Musa completed his brace with a nice finish on 47 minutes.
Three minutes later, Argentina got back in front as Marcos Rojo finished off from close range to give his team all three points in that match.
