Liverpool Vs Sunderland Highlights:Goals from Suarez and Sterling gave Liverpool the victory when playing against Sunderland in Anfield Road and coming on top 3-0.

The hosts displayed a dominant performance from the initial whistle that was blown till the end. Downing was one of the 1rst to test the abilities of Mignolet who responded by making a great save.

There was little Mignolet could do when Sterling made the breakthrough at the 18th minute as he clinched onto the pass of Suarez until lobbing it over Mignolet and going right into his net.

The squad of Brendan Rodgers kept on outplaying the opposition and Luis Suarez doubled the lead for his side 8 minutes later following Sterling’s opening goal. The Uruguayan forward shook off Cuellar down the right flank and ran just close enough for him to slip the ball past Mignolet.

Luis Suarez scored the 3rd and last goal of the encounter with another fairly simple tap in when he managed to appear behind the defenders and just slipping it home. It was a deserved victory for the hosts who were the dominating side of the pitch.
