Not playing all of their regular starting line up, Partenopei struggled a bit in breaking down their opponent's defense as that half ended in goalless draw.
After the break, Napoli continue their push forward and they eventually got the break through with an effort from Dries Mertens on 53 minutes.
The away team finally secured all three points from that match when Gonzalo Higuain netted home his team's second six minutes from time.
