Juventus Vs Bayern Munich (Aggregate 0-4) Highlights: Bayern Munich did not disappoint their fans as they advance into the semifinals of the Champions League by beating Juventus 2-0 in their home turf, the Juventus Stadium.

Mandzukic and Pizarro placed the ball into the net of Gianluigi Buffon in the 2nd half which clinched the victory for the German side.

The team of Antonio Conte only had some few moments that threatened the opposition. One of those chances arrived early into the game when Andrea Pirlo whipped a free-kick over to Neuer who did superb in blocking it.

Vucinic and Marchisio tried some long range efforts but their attempts did not come even close on testing Manuel Neuer who had a fairly quiet 1rst half. Most of the goal-scoring chances were created by Bayern Munich throughout the entire match.

Gianluigi Buffon was without no doubt the busier of both goalkeepers. The veteran shot-stopper made a number of saves which kept the score-board goal-less but there was little he could do when he saved a shot from Javi Martinez but the rebound allowed Mandzukic to head it home.

Pizarro scored the 2nd for Bayern Munich in injury time with a close range shot that got its way past the reach of Buffon and it was more than enough for Heynckes’s team to secure their advancement into the semifinals of the European tournament.
