Manchester City picked up an important result on their latest English Premier League fixture as they defeated Hull City 4-2.
The defending champions are eager to get themselves back into the top seat of current league standings as things were looking good indeed for them in that match as Sergio Aguero puts them ahead on seven minutes.
Soon afterwards, City doubled their advantage with a lovely goal arriving from Edin Dzeko.
Hull refused to give up easily though as they pushed hard and were able to pull one goal back from an own goal by Eliaquim Mangala.
Just before half time break, the home side finally managed to get back on level terms with a goal from Abel Hernandez, who perfectly converted a spot kick.
Drawing 2-2, both sides continue to push hard in search for the winning goal, and it was City that got themselves in front again with Dzeko completing his brace on 68 minutes.
The visitor sealed all three points in that game when Frank Lampard snatched his team's fourth three minutes before the full 90 minutes.
