Borussia Dortmund Vs Malaga (Aggregate 3-2) Highlights:With both sides having already met in Malaga’s stadium and the match concluding in a goal-less draw everything was down to this match as they faced off to decide who will advance any further in the Champions League.

The game picked off in a good manner for the Spanish side that did not waste time in testing out the opposing defenders and goalkeeper. Meanwhile it took some time for the Germans to get into the game itself and launch some attacks against Malaga.

Just as Borussia was beginning to take control of the game with more possession in their favor, Malaga broke the deadlock at the 25th minute. Joaquin linked up with Isco until firing a ball that went right past Roman Weidenfeller.

Lewandowski tied it up 1-1 with 5 minutes remaining on the 1rst half just before each side entered their respective dressing rooms.

The Germans came into the 2nd half looking as the better team with continuous attempts arriving from Gotze and Reus as they attempted to get in the lead for the 1rst time unfortunately for them it was Malaga who scored.

A swift move from the visitors ended up with Elisue taking a shot at goal in a close range shot.

Injury time was added on and the game was far from over as Reus restored the game tp 2-2 in the 91st minute.

It was a dramatic ending to the encounter when Santana scored the winner 2 minutes later which secured Borussia’s victory. The Germans will be joining Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
