The Daily Express says just before the World Cup seedings were announced, German legend Franz Beckenbauer said :

“England did a fantastic job in qualification,” said Beckenbauer. “Brazil? I don’t think so. They have one striker (Luis Fabiano), then Kaka a bit behind. And then you have Robinho. He can play in a circus but he’s not a team player.”
